Dani French

Dani French is a content strategy manager at Etsy and currently leads the strategy for self-service support content, such as the Help Center. In previous roles she’s helped build support agent knowledge bases from the ground up and project managed teams of content writers. Dani is based in Hudson, New York, where she lives with her husband, two daughters, a dog, and two parakeets. Aside from content, Dani is passionate about roller skating, books, and serving as a trustee at her local library.
