Since 1996, with the exception of a brief stint in book and magazine publishing, Max has built a career on creating compelling online experiences. For organisations ranging from short-lived startups to Fortune 500 companies, Max has synthesized business goals and guest needs to define and direct the implementation of successful digital communication strategies.
Max joined Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online (WDPRO) as a content strategist in 2005 and took over the management of that team in 2008. Max is now User Experience Director, responsible for WDPRO’s information architecture, content strategy, and copywriting practices.
