Your company wants to form a content strategy team, and it’s up to you to make it happen. Or maybe they’re not so enlightened—perhaps you’re the lone voice championing content, and you’re looking for like-minded souls to help you bring good, usable content to life.

At a large company, there might be resources available to bring in content strategists to support your vision. But for those of us who don’t work for the big names, it’s time to get inventive.

In this session, you'll learn how to:

  • Define what “content strategy” means for your company, and sell the value of it.
  • Find friends of content within your organization.
  • Influence decision makers to help resource your team.
  • Identify content roles and responsibilities.
  • Keep momentum going after the initial strategy is defined.

Who should attend: Content strategists and friends of content looking to make content strategy more of a thing in their company, but who may not have the resources to do extensive hiring.
