Here’s what people are saying ...

“The quality of the information was so high, it could be applied to many situations and projects. The speakers were extremely personable, creative, and knowledgeable, I can’t imagine a better event.”

“I saw so many great speakers! They were more like storytellers than folks talking to a wall. It was refreshing to see so many polished presentations.”

“It’s really about connecting with your nerd squad.”

Location

Welcome to Minneapolis!

Minne-apple. Mill City. The City of Lakes. When asked about this place, we simply say, “It’s awesome.” And it might not be for the reasons you think.

The slouch-inducing cold winter months foster some fierce indoor cultural happenings. And then, when spring arrives, we take to outdoor activities like crazed kids in candy stores.

Consider working a couple of Minneapolis’s best into your schedule come June:

Museums

A visit to the Walker or the MIA leaves us feeling connected to something larger, something happening right now in the arts scene.

Music & theater

The Guthrie Theater is stunning. It won a Tony Award. Go see a show there. Or just go see it. Get your music fix at venues like The Cedar, Fine Line, or iconic First Avenue.

Shopping

Sure, there’s that famous behemoth mall, but we recommend hoofing it on foot to any of the hundreds of shops near the conference. Check out Nicollet Mall, North Loop, and Northeast.

Eats & drinks

There’s no shortage of delicious, diverse dining choices within easy walking distance of our venue. From tapas to taprooms, fancy to frugal, Minneapolis will exceed your expectations.

Parks & lakes

We’ve got a lot of ’em. Hike around Harriet. Canoe on Calhoun. Stroll the Stone Arch. Meet up at Minnehaha. You get the idea.

Biking

Minneapolis was named the #1 city in the U.S. for bicycling. Don’t worry about packing a bicycle in your carry-on. There are bikes available for rent all across the city.

venue

The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis

All conference activities take place at the Hyatt Regency or within easy walking distance.
